​The Factoring Admin will support the Factoring group and our Clients day to day funding requirements.

  • Ensure funding request are accurate and contain all supporting documentation required under the BofI Credit Facility
  • Manage Account Debtor cash application into Cadence
  • Insure Notice of Assignments (NOA) have be delivered to Account Debtors, maintain accurate records to demonstrate proof the NOA was legally provided to the Account Debtor
  • Support, Client, Credit, Underwriting and Sales request for support
  • Administrative and/or operational background supporting team members and client requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work well as part of a team and to act independently to accomplish goals
  • Build internal and external relationships.
  • Work well in a fast moving team environment
  • Manage several projects in varying stages at the same time effectively

Key Skill Sets or Knowledge Requirements:

  • Proficient in Word and Outlook with a good working knowledge of Excel
  • Well rounded in using multiple software systems and web portals
  • Understanding of accounts receivable and or accounts payable processes  
  • Professional phone skills

Desired Career Experience & Education Requirements:

  • 2 years' experience in Administrative and/or operational background with at least 1 year in banking, financing or accounts receivable

 

Preferred:

  • College degree preferred 

 

Job Functions & Work Environment:

 

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is required to sit for extended periods of time. Manual dexterity and coordination are required while operating standard office equipment such as computer keyboard and mouse, calculator, telephone, copiers, etc.
