The Bank has deployments in 9 different processes including Audit Management, Vendor Management and Information Security; which the AVP will support and enhance as needed. The AVP will be the lead on all additional Archer deployments, including requirement gathering and formal project documentation, designing and implementing any proposed solutions as such project management experience is desired.
Given our desire to design and build modules in-house using ODA's the applicant should have previous experience designing and deploying custom solutions.
Additionally, the applicant should be comfortable and eager to learn about other technologies as we grow the team and process we expect to purchase / design additional technologies to support our long term goals.
As a member of the ERM team the AVP will get exposure to the ERM process, and have opportunities to work on other Enterprise Risk objectives and strategic initiatives.
