    • Proactively solicit new client relationships by soliciting large and small property management companies and HOAs
    • Generate $5-$10mm in new net client deposits per quarter and achieve incremental fee income objective of $5k per quarter
    • Capable of delivering appropriate cash management solutions
    • Responsible for outbound sales activity, direct calling, outbound phone calls, email, trade conferences and appropriate social media
    • Builds and manages effective referral relationships with internal business partners (IPL, C&I, CRE and SFR lending)  
    • Works effectively with marketing team to develop, launch and manage targeted sales campaigns

    Manage a portfolio of HOAs such as opening and maintaining new and existing accounts, set up and maintenance of:

    • Cash management services
    • Online banking, positive pay, and bill pay set-up and management
    • Remote deposit
    • Attending most board meetings in a local area
    • Take lead on data.com and other data integration projects, acting as research liaison with Enterprise Marketing research teams, Digital Channels Group, Technology Operations Group and other business units in order to organize and implement targeted outreach to prospective customers resulting from a concerted marketing effort
    • Work with social media research tools to produce collateral and reports that supports research needs for various stakeholders and provide trend summary highlights to department manager in a timely manner
    • Assess, cultivate, expand and manage social research resources, including a robust calling and email program

     

    Key Skill Sets or Knowledge Requirements:

    • Prospecting experience; demonstrated sales and referral skills
    • Sound understanding of disparate methodologies of social measurement
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
    • Experience in data analysis and interpretation of media/marketing information
    • Excellent written and oral communications skills
    • Knowledge of validating/verifying data elements and/or results
    • Assisting in gathering company information and analyzing data
    • Proven record of achieving sales goals
    • Strong work ethic and good organizational skills and successful at handling multiple priorities simultaneously

     

    Desired Career Experience & Education Requirements:

    • Advanced problem solving and sophisticated sales techniques
    • Strong background in building relationship with property management companies and HOAs
    • College degree and 5 years of experience within social media, marketing, media or consumer research role with a media company/agency, financial institution or social research vendor
    • Basic knowledge of procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations governing financial institutions, as they apply to this position and job responsibilities, with an emphasis on the BSA/AML/CIP, Consumer Privacy, Regulation CC, Information Security, Bank Protection Act, FACT-Identity Theft, Information Technology and GLBA
