Job Responsibilities:

  • Resolve problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems
  • Describe products and services to customers in order to respond to customer questions and issues
  • Conduct outbound calls to provide product and service information, troublshoot, and resolve customer issues
  • Sell additional services by recognizing opportunities to up-sell/cross-sell products and services
  • Learn and Apply Procedures: Comprehending new job-related information in a timely manner and correctly; recalling and applying that information during customer calls/emails/chats
  • Accept inbound calls from customers providing troubleshooting support, service tasks, and product information
  • Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
  • Answer secure and unsecure email and chat inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing an accurate response

Desired Career Experience & Education Requirements:


  • High School diploma or GED


  • College Degree 
  • Retail banking experience
  • Telephone sales and service or call center experience
  • Experience involving written communication

Job Functions & Work Environment:


While performing the duties of this position, the employee is required to sit for extended periods of time. Manual dexterity and coordination are required while operating standard office equipment such as computer keyboard and mouse, calculator, telephone, copiers, etc.
