We are looking for a Strategy Analyst to support our Specialty Deposits Strategic Group.   This Strategy Analyst will be responsible for analytics, idea generation, process improvements, and optimization of current campaigns.  This role will require the candidate to have an aptitude for product and strategy development with strong business acumen. Responsibilities will include:

 

  • Work with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and needs for new special projects
  • Drive key strategic deposit initiatives, including product development, operational improvements, and business growth
  • Analyze current processes and identify areas for improve/growth within Deposits
  • Identify key analyses for product development and brand strategy
  • Understand financial reports and models to make key business recommendations
  • Business valuation research to vet potential business partnerships
  • Create PowerPoint presentations for internal and external clients to demonstrate project progress and recommendations
  • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem solving, and decision making skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to prepare presentations for senior level management
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Resourceful and able to flourish in a fast-paced environment
  • High quality standards and attention to detail
  • Very organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize work demands 

Desired Career Experience & Education Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in financial services, management consulting or corporate strategic planning with an understanding of related business requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Economics, Marketing, from a recognized university

Preferred:

  • Consulting experience
