We are looking for a VP Specialty Deposits to pro-actively solicit new client relationships in Specialty Deposits with an emphasis in the following industries: HOA, Property Management, Title/Escrow, EB-5, Fiduciary, Business Escrow, Third-Party Payment Processors.

 

The responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Define and oversee strategic efforts of the area under responsibility to accelerate profitable growth, including strategic initiatives and the execution of sales activities
  • Lead a high performing sales oriented team , evaluate performance, and coach for success
  • Continuously report on execution and define corrective actions if needed
  • Monitor competitors initiatives, products, sales and marketing activities, and assess the impact on our value proposition
  • Define additional proposals to increase profits, including new verticals and extensions of existing ones
  • Manage budget of own area including annual planning and ongoing reporting, and internal personnel development
  • Partner with other departments within and outside of Business Banking to facilitate increased effectiveness  of the bank's  business efforts
  • Support overall achievement  of growth and profits targets of the area

Desired Career Experience & Education Requirements:

  • 10 years of financial institution or another relevant commercial experience, business  banking preferred. Strong sales orientation
  • 5 years of experience in a supervisory role in a fast paced organization
  • Track record of fact-based analysis, and communication to support senior decision making
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, or related field from a highly respected university, Master's degree preferred
