Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to secure and unsecure email inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing an accurate response
  • Answer LiveChat inquiries by clarifying desired information
  • Resolve problems by clarifying issues and services to customers in order to respond to customer questions and issues
  • Sell additional services by recognizing opportunities to up-sell/cross-sell products and services
  • Learn and apply procedures: Comprehend new job-related information in a timely manner and correctly; recalling and applying that information during customer calls/emails
  • Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
  • Provide tier 1 support to Direct Banker-Inbound Customer Service representatives
  • Communicate with customer by telephone to provide product and service information, resolve customer issues

Key Skill Sets or Knowledge Requirements:

  • Excellent written communication
  • Possess excellent keyboard skills and etiquette, 60 WPM
  • Quickly and accurately perform multiple tasks
  • React effectively and calmly in escalated situations
  • Honest and have the ability to maintain customer confidentiality
  • Sound and thorough knowledge related to product


Desired Career Experience & Education Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED



  • Retail banking experience
  • Call center experience



Job Functions & Work Environment:


While performing the duties of this position, the employee is required to sit for extended periods of time. Manual dexterity and coordination are required while operating standard office equipment such as computer keyboard and mouse, calculator, telephone, copiers, etc.
