Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Log documents received and file appropriately
  • Retrieve files as requested by other business units
  • Organize file room
  • Open, sort and distribute all Loan Servicing mail
  • Prepare and ship outgoing mail, including boxes to storage vendor
  • Image and index documents
  • Work with outside vendors for document storage and retrieval
  • Coordinate with title and escrow companies to track collateral documents
  • Ensure compliance with all Bank policies and procedures, as well as all applicable state and federal banking regulations

Key Skill Sets or Knowledge Requirements

  • Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize objectives
  • Must be able to lift/move boxes as required
  • Computer skills, including Word and Excel

Desired Career Experience & Education Requirements

Preferred:

  • Experience in an administrative support role
