    • Provide day-to-day ownership of the Salesforce platform
    • Develop, maintain and deliver on the strategic vision and roadmap for the evolution of Salesforce within BofI (near term and 5 year views)
    • Foster consultative and collaborative relationships with Business Unit leaders to provide proactive identification of opportunities to increase efficiency and effectiveness of sales and customer service Salesforce processes
    • Review individual Business Unit Salesforce initiatives and align with the enterprise strategic direction
    • Continually expand personal and enterprise knowledge of the Salesforce suite of systems; research innovations for review and/or adoption by the Bank
    • Understand the Bank's diverse business units and strategic initiatives; ensure capacity is anticipated and enterprise perspective is considered
    • Identify system and/or application solutions to solve for identified value stream gaps
    • Develop and maintain complete and current governance and project management documentation, and system architecture documentation
    • Ensure the project management and development protocols and processes are adhered to by the CoE team
    • Responsible for ensuring effective Business Unit adoption of Salesforce deployments

    Desired Career Experience & Education Requirements:

    • 8+ years experience with Salesforce.com in an enterprise-level environment (200+ users) using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce Mobile
    • Deep understanding of native Salesforce features and functionality, role hierarchies, data models
    • Extensive experience building and utilizing custom objects, workflows, process builders, validation rules, and general automation functionality
    • Deployment and management of Salesforce.com integration with Marketo, Five9, CONGA, DocuSign, and other cloud or on premise systems
    • Experience developing custom reports and dashboards for stakeholders at all levels of the organization
    • Experience managing multiple sandbox environments and effectively migrating changes to production environment
    • General understanding of SOAP and REST API calls, Web Services and HTTP requests from APEX, and relational databases
    • Demonstrated project management skills with a sense of commitment and urgency
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field

     

    Preferred:

    • Salesforce Application Architect certification
