The Research department is currently accepting resumes for temporary, part-time Information Validation Specialists.
This is an entry level, fast paced position that supports the departments' efforts around underwriting data collections.
The typical day of an Information Validation Specialist entails working a 5 hour shift between the hours of 9:30 AM & 7:00 PM making 60+ outbound computer dialed calls, listening to a computer generated system and documenting information from an automated phone system. The Research department is provided with privileged and specialized tools to provide more than probable accuracy on data to ensure success.
Job Functions & Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is required to sit for extended periods of time. Manual dexterity and coordination are required while operating standard office equipment such as computer keyboard and mouse, calculator, telephone, copiers, etc.
