The Client Success Representative is responsible for contacting and nurturing business clients for factoring opportunities. The CSR will establish contact with potential clients, nurture relationships and confirm interest in BofI factoring products and services. Interested clients are warm transferred to a Factoring Business Development Representative.

Key Skill Sets or Knowledge Requirements:

  • Microsoft Office
  • Superior oral communication skills with great telephone voice
  • Pipeline Management
  • Calling prospective clients and/or current clients
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Transfer interested clients to Licensed Professionals
  • Pipeline Management

Desired Career Experience & Education Requirements:

  • Entry-level call center/sales experience
  • High School graduate

 

Job Functions & Work Environment:

 

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is required to sit for extended periods of time. Manual dexterity and coordination are required while operating standard office equipment such as computer keyboard and mouse, calculator, telephone, copiers, etc.
