We are looking for an Electronic Banking Specialist to support our growth in Electronic Banking.  


The Electronic Banking Specialist role may include but is not limited to these responsibilities:


•File maintenance
•Response to Service Events in a timely manner
•ACH transaction processing
•Research requests
•Review of Mobile Deposit Items
•Processing Reg E disputes
•Document scanning 

Key Skill Sets or Knowledge Requirements:

Basic knowledge of back office banking processes
•Superior customer service skills; ability to establish rapport
•Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and prioritize projects
•Fundamental knowledge of banking regulations

Desired Career Experience & Education Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years banking experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Basic teller transactions and cash handling
  • High school diploma


  • Some college and/or technical education
