As we continue to grow, we have openings for QA Automation Engineers within IT that we are currently filling. The QA Automation Engineer will be responsible for design, implementation and execution of end-to-end automated test solutions for world class banking products.


The candidate will work with the team to develop and manage automation test harnesses using Selenium and SoapUI, as well as in-house build tools and scripts. The candidate will analyze test results for accuracy and compliance to further enhance existing test scenarios. We are tapping into the leading edge of technology, and implementing creative complicated technologies, that are sure to be both challenging and rewarding.   

Key Skill Sets or Knowledge Requirements:

  • Strong experience with Selenium and/or SoapUI, writing complex scripts
  • Experience with C#, ASP.NET MVC, HTML5 and CSS.
  • Experience with hierarchical databases and relational databases (MS SQL, etc)
  • Experience with optimizing web content for automation readiness
  • Experienced in automated API testing is a plus
  • Knowledge of and ability to perform in an Agile environment
  • Must be a team player, highly organized with excellent people skills
  • Excellent analytical problem solving skills
  • Experience analyzing requirements for ambiguity and testability
  • Demonstrated success in delivering and reporting processes test planning and optimized results
  • Demonstrated ability to explain complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Motivated self-starter, with a high capacity for rapid learning and meticulous attention to detail

Desired Career Experience & Education Requirements:

  • BA/BS Degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • 5-7 years writing complex scripts for application, using automation tools
  • 3-5 years hands-on experience in writhing test cases using Selenium or equivalent tools for .NET based test automation
  • 3-5 years using Selenium and SoapUI, to design the test suite build 
  • Lead Automations efforts within the team, working within Agile guidelines
  • Hands-on experience in writhing code using Selenium or equivalent tools for .NET based test automation
  • Familiarity with HTTP protocol and web service technologies (e.g. REST/SOAP)
  • Familiarity with source control and collaboration technologies (TFS, Jira)
  • Solid hands-on QA experience with proven analytical and testing skills
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle processes, and overall Quality Assurance
