As we continue to grow, we have an opening for a QA Performance Engineer. In this position, you will be responsible for the design, implementation and execution of performance test solutions for world class banking products.


In this role you will create infrastructure, automation and tools that drive realistic loads against the core services of banking software. You need to have a strong background in web application benchmarking, performance analysis and capacity management.

And, to have a passion for building and applying tools that measure the characteristics of complex systems running under dynamic, real-world loads.


This position involves working in a fast-paced, innovative environment that allows direct influence on the organization and products’ design.

Key Skill Sets or Knowledge Requirements:

  • Excellent analytical problem solving skills

  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle processes
  • Hands-on QA experience with proven analytical and testing skills
  • Experience analyzing requirements for ambiguity and testability
  • Hands-on experience in writing code using Selenium or equivalent tools for .NET based test automation
  • Familiarity with HTTP protocol, web service technologies (e.g. REST/SOAP), source control and collaboration technologies (TFS, Jira)
  • Demonstrated success in delivering and reporting processes test planning and optimized results with the ability to explain complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Motivated self-starter, with a high capacity for rapid learning and meticulous attention to detail
  • Team player, highly organized with excellent people skills

Desired Career Experience & Education Requirements:

  • Strong experience with:

     performance and stress testing tools

     approaches for driving realistic customer simulations

     modern performance modeling tools

     C#, ASP.NET MVC, HTML5 and CSS

  • Experience with hierarchical databases and relational databases (MS SQL, etc) and optimizing web content for automation readiness
  • Applied knowledge of software development and manual testing
  • Knowledge of and ability to perform in an Agile environment


  • Automated API testing
