We are looking for a Project Operations Specialist to support our Chief Deposits Officer and corresponding Deposit Departments in the daily management of operations, and to provide administrative support for events and meetings. 


Responsibilities will include:

  • Work with Deposits teams to determine business needs and time-line for project execution, provide day-to-day follow up
  • Work with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and needs for new department operations projects
  • Collaborate on strategic and operational initiatives
  • Conduct analysis current processes and identify areas of improvement/growth within the department
  • Prepare materials for meetings, events, and conferences for internal and external clients
  • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of deposits projects
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure that business needs are fulfilled and that project deadlines are met

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills

  • Exceptionally high quality standards and attention to detail
  • Highly organized and detailed-oriented with the ability to prioritize work demands and frequently changing priorities and deadlines

Desired Career Experience & Education Requirements:

  • ​Bachelors Degree preferred


Job Functions & Work Environment:


While performing the duties of this position, the employee is required to sit for extended periods of time. Manual dexterity and coordination are required while operating standard office equipment such as computer keyboard and mouse, calculator, telephone, copiers, etc.
