Job Responsibilities:

  • Day to day loan servicing activities
  • Customer service
  • Insurance tracking/monitoring for flood and hazard
  • Adhere to regulatory flood guidelines
  • Maintaining system updates
  • Reviewing flood policies for proper coverage
  • Payment of insurance policies
  • Monitoring expiration reports for upcoming expirations
  • Putting force placed insurance coverage in place
  • Electronic loan file maintenance

Key Skill Sets or Knowledge Requirements:

  • Balance financial transactions; understanding of balancing credit and debit transactions
  • Account reconciliation
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Handle complex problems involving multiple facets and variables in non-standardized situations
  • Prioritize workload and function under pressure

Desired Career Experience & Education Requirements:

  • 2+ years of mortgage loan servicing/loan operations experience


  • Direct loan servicing, real estate or commercial loan experience
  • Knowledge of banking systems (i.e. Jack Henry)


Job Functions & Work Environment:


While performing the duties of this position, the employee is required to sit for extended periods of time. Manual dexterity and coordination are required while operating standard office equipment such as computer keyboard and mouse, calculator, telephone, copiers, etc.
