We are seeking an experienced Credit Officer (non-real estate lending) to review vehicle loan application information submitted from an approved auto dealership, included but not limited to analysis of a loan application, credit report(s), deal structure, income, employment and asset information while endeavoring to identify the potential for fraud prior to approving an auto loan application.
The Credit Officer (non-real estate lending) will exercise discretionary judgement based on experience and applicable guidelines to approve or recommend approval to a higher level of management in a timely manner. Clearly note the credit decision for the dealer and the funding team, and all credit officer loan approval stipulations, ensuring satisfactory documentation supporting the underwriting decision will be is presented by an auto loan dealer for the funding department to adequately review and fund quality loans.
This Credit Officer (non-real estate lending) will have the opportunity to work a shift from 12-9pm and could be assigned any days within a 7 day week.
Job Functions & Work Environment:
