Job Responsibilities:

  • Understand and adhere to Bank's policies and procedures
  • Contact and nurture deposit leads to achieve optimal transfer rates
  • Utilize web-based lead management system
  • Providing ongoing service and support to nurture and achieve transfers of leads provided
  • Act as a liaison between Bank and the customer, as directed by supervisors

Key Skill Sets or Knowledge Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Knowledge of call center telephony and technology
  • Advanced data entry experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong verbal communication skills and active listening skills
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively
  • Follow communication 'scripts' when handling different topics

Desired Career Experience & Education Requirements:

  • Outbound call center sales experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent


Job Functions and Work Environment:


While performing the duties of this position, the employee is required to sit for extended periods of time. Manual dexterity and coordination are required while operating standard office equipment such as computer keyboard and mouse, calculator, telephone, copiers, etc.
