    We are looking for a Senior Commercial Banking Relationship Manager whose primary role is working toward the acquisition of new clients with sales revenue above 5MM and across a diverse group of industries.  This  professional will be responsible for determining and conducting specific strategic calling efforts.   They will be expected to anticipate the future needs of all clients, and deliver the full suite of available products and services that is appropriate for the client with the utmost integrity and high level of client service.  


    The Senior Commercial Banking Relationship Manager should have proven client relationship skills as well as success in profitable sales expansion of Deposit and Cash Management relationships to support strategic growth. Additionally, they will need effective communication skills and ability to work autonomously in making sound business decisions.  Technical skills and strong BSA/KYC compliance knowledge is a must.  Must demonstrate strong presentation skills in developing relationships in the VC Firm, C Level Executives, Law Firm and Incubator spaces.

    Desired Career Experience & Education Requirements:


    • ​Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, or related field from a highly respected university
    • ​5+ years Commercial Banking experience with strong emphasis on Cash Management and Business Development
    • Minimum 3 years of managing a portfolio independently
    • Strong financial sales experience and working with C Level Executives
