Join exceptional new team of professionals working out of our Orange County office

 Inside commercial banking sales support that teams up with BDO's to onboard and service the day​ to day needs of the large deposit Clients in the area integral to maintaining superior customer service and retention

 

Job responsibilities include:

  • Assist with establishing new Clients
  • Gather legal documentation
  • Provide bank documents to Client for completion

  • Due diligence for business and Clients

  • Onboard new accounts working with BSA and Operations department

  • Work with Cash Management to have Client set up on Online Banking services and products (online banking, analysis, etc.)

  • Maintain Client contact after account opening

  • Answer Client questions and perform servicing when requested (wires, stop payments, online banking, etc.)

  • Open new accounts for established entities      

Key Skill Sets or Knowledge Requirements:

  • Understanding of the commercial banking operating system requirements of Commercial clients and fiduciaries
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • "Customer First" can-do attitude

Desired Career Experience & Education Requirements:

  • 2+ years in banking, servicing large and complex commercial depositors
  • Recent responsibilities for dealing day to day directly with large, complex commercial accounts.
  • BA​ or equivalent experieince​

 

Job Functions & Work Environment:
