Sr. Software QA ​Engineer will be responsible for providing the leadership to QA teams and work together with the team to design, implement and execute functional and automated test solutions for world class banking products.

 

  • Work with several teams to develop and maintain test cases, perform functional and automated testing of content, data and online applications
  • Lead and coach team members on writing test scripts, use cases and test scenarios to validate the design and implementation for new and existing products

Key Skill Sets or Knowledge Requirements:

  • Excellent analytical problem solving skills
  • Solid hands-on QA experience with proven analytical and testing skills
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle processes
  • Experience analyzing requirements for ambiguity and testability along with testing Web and Desktop applications
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Quality Assurance methodologies and processes
  • Experience contributing to, and analyzing software development, systems integration, and project process improvements
  • Demonstrated success in delivering and reporting processes test planning with optimized results and the ability to explain complex technical issues to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Motivated self-starter, with a high capacity for rapid learning and meticulous attention to detail
  • Exceptional communications skills, ability to work with diverse personality types ​

Preferred:

  • Experienced in automated testing

 

 

Job Functions & Work Environment:
