    • Greet and assist visitors to the corporate lobby
    • Electronic Customer Communication  
    • Document Scanning
    • Special project assignments and other duties as assigned
    • Transaction processing  and account maintenance
    • Processing returned mail and correspondence  
    • Account Reconciliation

    Key Skill Sets or Knowledge Requirements:

    • Superior customer service skills; ability to establish rapport
    • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects

    Desired Career Experience & Education Requirements:

    • Excellent Customer Service skills
    • High school diploma

    Preferred:

    • Some college and/or technical education
    • Previous banking
