The Research Department is currently seeking an Information Specialist to support our Information Group.  The typical day of an Information Specialist entails building and enhancing our division's efforts through establishing reporting systems, eliminating inaccurate data, managing web content extraction tools, assisting with technical requirement documentation, and scoring data sources while integrating offline lead generation and lead management business processes to our CRM platforms.   


Key Position Functions:

  • Produce reports to enhance data quality
  • Develop process diagrams and desktop procedures
  • Perform regular, detailed transactional analysis on Bank customers and prospects
  • Interface with other departments within the Bank to deliver reports and analyses
  • Assist management in KPI management and tracking
  • Perform financial reporting and analysis including return on investment and business case calculations, both quantitative and qualitative

Key Skill Sets or Knowledge Requirements:

  • Business-level technical proficiency (email, Internet, office suite, etc.)
  • Mid to Advanced-level MS Excel skills
  • Strong database reporting skills
  • SQL familiarity required
  • Web Content Extraction Tool concepts
  • Salesforce Enterprise familiarity
  • Comfortable interfacing with senior management and/or non-technical members of the team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Desired Career Experience & Education Requirements:

  • Experience in a demonstrated analytically driven role


  • Bachelor's and/or Master's degree

Job Functions and Work Environment:



While performing the duties of this position, the employee is required to sit for extended periods of time. Manual dexterity and coordination are required while operating standard office equipment such as computer keyboard and mouse, calculator, telephone, copiers, etc.
