As a SharePoint & K2 Administrator, you will be part of a collaborative project team responsible for successfully customizing, integrating and maintaining SharePoint and K2 solutions.  
You will leverage a number of proprietary and standard technologies/tools and will be primarily responsible for administration and customization on the platforms.
 
Specific areas of concentration include:
 
  • Manage all aspects of the SharePoint 2013 and 2016 Environments including system design, system architecture, availability, reliability, performance, monitoring and security
  • Set-up, install, configure, and maintain SharePoint services on web front end, application and database servers including search, WFE services, SSRS, BCS , workflow services etc.
  • Farm Installations, patching and upgrades
  • Daily farm monitoring, reporting and maintenance
  • SharePoint search service configuration and troubleshooting including defining search scopes
  • Workflow engine configuration and troubleshooting, experience with Workflow Manager is a must. Experience with Nintex and K2 is a plus
  • Documentation creation on Farm Topology
  • Liaison between Infrastructure and SharePoint Development teams
  • Support development project efforts, this may include production deployments, configuration of new services and installation of 3rd party tools
  • Data migration between environments
  • Be on hand off hours during weekly releases to support or lead deployments
  • Provide ongoing support for SharePoint related issues/inquiries
  • Create and maintain site collections, sites, user permissions

  • Active Directory security groups
  • Migrating SharePoint content between environments
  • PowerShell cmdlets
  • Driven professional
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Resourceful and deliver timely results

Desired Career Experience & Education Requirements:

  • 3+ years hands on SharePoint Administration and general workflow administration, design and support (platform agnostic) experience
  • ​​Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, or directly applicable field
  • ​MCSE: Productivity certification or MCSE: SharePoint

 

Preferred:

  • K2 and/or K2 Five
  • Nintex
  • MCSD: App Builder or MCSD: SharePoint Applications
