    We are looking for an AVP Internal Consulting.    It is a high profile opportunity working in dynamic, fast-paced environment.  We are looking for a creative, organized, highly intelligent collaborator.    Your projects will be state of the art and will be challenging, perhaps never done before in the industry and you will be in the forefront of the business.     

     

    This position supports a broad range of enterprise initiatives and corporate functions and will be responsible for:

     

    • Lead process improvement and smaller DMAIC projects
    • Perform value stream assessments and lead underlying data analysis efforts to identify root cause issues
    • Develop value stream metrics and reporting to baseline current performance and quantify impact of improvements
    • Lead or facilitate project workshops to identify root causes of poor operational performance and potential solutions
    • Assist with managing portfolio of CPI projects
    • Assist in developing CPI program training materials and system architecture
    • Drive the continuous process improvement practitioners community
    • Co-deliver Yellow Belt training material
    • Coach Yellow Belts on lean management tools
    • Develop business requirements for supporting system solutions

    • Strong ability to communicate clearly and positively engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization
    • Knowledge of SOX controls & banking regulations both conceptually and application
    • Demonstrated ability to engage, influence and create deep relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
    • Individual with a genuine emotional investment in work, and the dedication required to be successful
    • Organizational skills; the ability to manage multiple initiatives, constantly
    • Exceptional work ethic; proactively and energetically pursues success
    • Mental acumen with a large dose of commonsense
    • Proven ability to “manage up” and promote accountability
    • Microsoft Suite; above average Microsoft Excel and Visio skills
    • Innovating thinker who is able to translate thoughts into actions
    • Energetic and engaging

    Desired Career Experience & Education Requirements:

    • BA or BS in Business, Finance or a technical field
    • 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience in financial services, fintech or technology industries
    • Significant and demonstrable Lean and Six Sigma process improvement experience including kaizen events, non-value add analysis, value stream documentation, SIPOC diagrams, and DMAIC
    • Lean/Six Sigma Green belt certification or higher
    • Experience with cost accounting or activity based costing systems

     

    Preferred:

     

    • MBA
    • Financial services industry experience

      

    Job Functions and Work Environment:
