The Cash Management Specialist performs a variety of functions related to back office operational Cash Management functions and processing requests. The position responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:

 

  • Business Online Banking Services
    • Setup
    • Disclosures review/enhancements
  • Cash Management
    • Cash Management Agreement review
    • Customer Web Training
    • Technology/Technical troubleshooting
    • File transfer implementation/testing/troubleshooting
    • Procedures
    • New customer/service implementation
    • Processing
  • Reporting
    • Cash Management Administrative Training
    • Cash Management Activity
  • Daily processing of wholesale banking accounts
    • Updating dashboards
    • Processing daily transactions
  • Customer Service
    • Primary contact for Business Banking customers
    • Technical Phone Support 

Key Skill Sets or Knowledge Requirements:

  • Knowledge of fundamental banking regulations
  • Superior customer service, organization skills and detail oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with ability to multitask
  • Knowledge of basic accounting and account reconciliation
  • Proficiency with MS Excel
  • Knowledge of Jack Henry Banking system a plus

Desired Career Experience & Education Requirements:

  • High School diploma
  • 3 years prior banking experience
  • Basic accounting principles
  • Experience with account reconciliation
  • Customer service experience
  • Experience with wire processing
  • Technical support experience

Preferred:

  • Some college and/or technical education
  • business back-office preferred

 

Job Functions & Work Environment:

 

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is required to sit for extended periods of time. Manual dexterity and coordination are required while operating standard office equipment such as computer keyboard and mouse, calculator, telephone, copiers, etc.
