The VP, Talent and Organizational Development is responsible for the design, development, implementation and management initiatives that support the Bank’s talent and organizational development framework. The Vice President will work with the EVP, Human Resources and the Human Resources team to develop strategies, programs, processes and policies that build upon and improve individual and organizational performance, enhance employee skills and promote employee engagement.
