    We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to plan, coordinate and manage a variety of marketing campaigns and activities across marketing channels. We are looking for a self-starter who takes ownership of his or her duties and executes with rapid precision. Responsibilties are as follows:

     

    • Design, plan, develop, manage and execute marketing plans for Consumer Deposit products
    • Coordinate the content, messaging, design and production of email, direct mail, website content, print ads, social media and videos with internal team members and external vendors
    • Coordinate customer experience driven initiatives and report on status
    • Develop strategic campaigns coordinating needs of business stakeholders, marketing department initiatives and compliance
    • Prepare presentations and dashboards for management and marketing team highlighting campaign performance and tracking towards business goals
    • Manage and track campaign deadlines, performances, budget and ROI
    • Ensure brand identity and consistency

    • Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
    • Self-motivated, result-driven and committed to deadlines
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize work demands amongst frequently changing priorities and deadlines
    • Self-directed and able to flourish in a fast-paced environment
    • Efficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outook, Powerpoint), knowledge on digital tools (Google Analytics, Brightedge, Google Adwords) and Salesforce a plus

    Desired Career Experience & Education Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field required
    • 2+ years experience in a similar role
    • Proven track record of developing and running successful acquisition and/or customer marketing campaigns
    • Exceptionally high quality standards and attention to detail
    • Experience performing analysis (A/B testing) and utilizing data analytics to drive strategies
    • Experience with online marketing, PPC, retargeting, social media and SEO

     

    Job Functions & Work Environment:

     

    While performing the duties of this position, the employee is required to sit for extended periods of time. Manual dexterity and coordination are required while operating standard office equipment such as computer keyboard and mouse, calculator, telephone, copiers, etc.
