    We are looking for an eager, self-motivated Commercial Lending Administrative Coordinator to be committed to fulfilling the directives and tasks as delegated by the Bank's senior management team. This is truly an opportunity to get exposure to all of BOFI's commercial lending business verticals, and interact with experienced management teams. Specific job functions for the qualified candidate include:


    • Support daily tasks and projects
    • Field and coordinate requests from Office of the CEO and other internal corporate groups
    • Assist with the scheduling, setup and coordination of internal and external business conferences
    • Providing administrative support for other analysts, including data mining, analysis and quarterly Management Accountability Packages (MAPs)
    • Constant investigation and inquiry into all areas of BofI's commercial lending groups
    • Relay issues and address requests from off-site staff (e.g., outside sales reps, Salt Lake City office)
    • Maintenance of commercial lending processes and procedures for internal controls
    • Developing relationships to enhance your knowledge of commercial banking, driving departmental synergy

    Key Skill Sets or Knowledge Requirements:

    • Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Excel, Visio, Word, PowerPoint)
    • Proven ability to communicate well and articulate issues to management
    • Capacity for problem solving and critical thinking
    • Familiarity with business cycles, both fiscal and calendar
    • Innate eagerness to absorb information and outperform assigned goals
    • Willingness to take personal responsibility for your work and career, always striving to perform at the highest level

    Desired Career Experience & Education Requirements:

    • 1+ years working in office environment preferred, new grads considered
    • Experience researching problems and arriving at viable solutions



    • ​Bachelor’s Degree from established university
    • Experience in the financial services / banking industry

    Job Functions & Work Environment:


    While performing the duties of this position, the employee is required to sit for extended periods of time. Manual dexterity and coordination are required while operating standard office equipment such as computer keyboard and mouse, calculator, telephone, copiers, etc.
