    Our Mortgage Consultants receive inbound leads from customers and prospective customers in all 50 states. They build rapport, analyze financial situations and determine the appropriate loan product to meet homeownership goals. Our Mortgage Consultants benefit from an industry leading marketing program, state of the art technology, and affiliate partnership referral sources to generate high quality business. We offer highly competitive conventional, government, jumbo and portfolio home loans and operate within a performance driven culture.

     

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Consult with clients about current and future needs to help them achieve their financial/home ownership goals
    • Identify and construct lending solutions based on unique homeownership goals
    • Analyze applicant financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine preliminary home loan eligibility
    • Actively manage leads and meet minimum conversion (lead to fund) requirements
    • Educate clients on various types of loans and credit options
    • Complete loan applications, interest rate locks and move files into processing and underwriting
    • Provide exceptional service through the loan process from application to closing
    • Work with clients to keep loan processing moving forward while maintaining exceptional service levels through close
    • Establish trust and build rapport with clients
    • Stay informed of available loan types and other financial services and products in order to better meet customer needs
    • Follow all Bank policies, procedures and guidelines

    Desired Career Experience & Education Requirements:

    • 2 years of retail lending experience or a finance related position
    • High School Graduate

    Preferred:

    • Bachelor’s Degree 

     

    Job Functions & Work Environment:
