We are seeking a Content Manager to be responsible for managing the Digital Marketing Specialists in content and social media positions. This position is responsible for providing vision and leadership to the department, management of editorial calendars and writing content as needed to meet the Bank’s needs. The Content Manager is also responsible for managing the content and social needs of the various business needs by prioritizing needs amongst the writing team.
The Content Manager will serve as one of the leads of the Digital Marketing team, reporting directly to the Chief Digital Operations Officer, adding leadership to the creative team while providing tone and topic direction to the writing staff. They will be focused on growing the content and editorial strategy of the Bank's various properties and oversee digital and print campaigns content to include blogs, email content, PPC, social media outreach, website copywriting and search engine optimizations.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter that is passionate and knowledgeable about creating content that takes a complex topic and makes it easy-to read. They will thrive in a fast paced environment and enjoy working with a team of like-minded creatives. Excellent writing, spelling, and understanding of grammar are essential to the role.
