AP Accountant

The AP Accountant position is responsible for processing vendor invoices, reviewing invoice coding, processing payment batches, reconciling vendor statements, processing general ledger maintenance transactions, proper accounting for fixed assets, internally developed software and accrued liabilities, posting journal entries, completing month end account reconciliations, organizing and maintaining the Company's vendor records (physical and digital records), and serves as an external accounts payable customer service representative and internal operating expense customer service representative.

• Demonstrated experience in processing accounts payable, ERP and accounting related software, organizing, conceptualizing, and prioritizing objectives, and managing data processing and accounting functions in a high growth environment

• High School Diploma or equivalent, relevant work experience
• 3+ years of progressively responsible experience in accounting data processing or other general accounting function

Preferred:

• Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, with a concentration in accounting or finance
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Financial software 

Job Functions & Work Environment:
