Mortgage Loan Originators in the Home Purchase Division are primarily responsible for originating new residential purchase mortgage loans. In doing so they need to be able to perform numerous tasks. These tasks include, but are not limited to: responding to customers via phone or email; analyzing credit requirements of the borrower; working with realtors/home builders/referral partners; protecting the Bank's future interest.
