    Our Trustee and Fiduciary Services division provides specialized software and consulting services to Chapter 7 and non-bankruptcy trustees in all 50 states.

     

    This newly created Bankruptcy Administrator position is responsible for building and maintaining client relationships by developing an extensive understanding of the assigned clients' business and serving as a liaison to ensure the highest level of client service delivery and satisfaction.

     

    Job Responsibilities include:

    • Assist Trustee clients with projects
    • Manage client relationships by building and maintaining a positive relationship with key client contacts at all levels
    • Evaluate client's case management needs and match with product solutions
    • Troubleshoot and source appropriate support channels internally and monitor progress of all tasks through regular follow-up and escalation as necessary
    • Conduct client training on new programs/products - including user group meetings
    • Assist Sales in identifying new opportunities with existing clients and developing new business
    • Perform project management functions
    • Implement new products and programs
    • Perform daily/weekly/monthly responsibilities to support Client Services
    • Work closely with TCMS production team to resolve client reported issues
    • Review and analyze reported issues
    • Assist with special projects

    Desired Career Experience & Education Requirements:

    • 3 years customer service experience
    • Experience handling and analyzing data flow through multiple systems
    • Ability to handle multiple projects/initiatives simultaneously
    • ​​High School diploma

    This role requires up to 30% travel as required to meet with clients primarily in the NYC area

     

    Preferred:

    • 4 year degree 
    • Bankruptcy and/or paralegal experience

     

    Job Functions & Work Environment:
