    Our Trustee and Fiduciary Services division provides specialized software and consulting services to Chapter 7 and non-bankruptcy trustees in all 50 states.


    ​This is an exciting and unique opportunity for an experienced Inside Sales Professional to join a leading company within the financial services industry. Reporting to the Managing Director, this Inside Sales Professional will partner with the Trustee and Fiduciary Services Sales team, working collaboratively with Client Services and Operations to drive business development. This individual will need to drive success through their prospecting, scheduling and interpersonal and online presentation skills. The number of meetings secured and sales closed independently or in collaboration with Sales Directors will determine success in this role.

    Main contacts will include Bankruptcy Trustees, Trustee Administrators, Attorneys and Staff at law firms, Financial Advisors, Paralegals and other fiduciaries, such as Receivers.


    Job Responsibilities include:

    • Identify new business opportunities and call on key prospects and clients to explain our services and secure meetings
    • Responsible for gathering and selecting sources of information to determine market characteristics, measurements of market potentials, market share analyses and sales analyses
    • Provide support to the Sales team and Client Services team, which includes tracking sales initiatives, pipeline reporting and other tracking and measurement duties including entering information into Salesforce
    • Present online presentations
    • Coordinate and collaborate with Sales Directors in connection with sales activities requiring onsite and face-to-face meetings
    • Quarterback prospects through contract execution

    Desired Career Experience & Education Requirements:

    • 5+ years successful professional level inside sales experience
    • Travel will be minimal and usually completed Monday through Friday
    • High School diploma



    • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
    • Legal inside sales experience 


    Job Functions & Work Environment:
