    The Client Success Representative is responsible for contacting and nurturing clients for mortgage financing opportunities. This role will establish contact with potential clients, nurture relationships and confirm interest in BofI mortgage products and services. Interested clients are warm transferred to a Mortgage Loan Originator.

    • Superior oral communication skills
    • Pipeline Management

    Desired Career Experience & Education Requirements:

    • Entry-level call center experience
    • High School graduate

     

    Preferred:

    • Bilingual English/Spanish

     

    Job Functions & Work Environment:
