    This is an exciting and unique opportunity for a sales professional based in a major U.S. market to sell our Trustee and Fiduciary related software.


    The successful candidate will develop relationships with leading Chapter 7 and bankruptcy related fiduciary professionals selling company services to new accounts as well as introduce additional solutions to current customers. Significant travel is required to major U.S. markets.

    BofI Federal Bank is seeking an experienced, hands-on Senior Business Analyst.



    Responsibilities to include the following:

    • Identifies project requirements by interviewing customers, analyzing operations, determining project scope, documenting requirements, creating product backlogs and stories, and validating results
    • Establishing personal rapport and trust through active listing techniques with customers and with other persons in a position to understand system and operational requirements
    • Works directly with Product Managers, Owners and teams to create Scrum user stories that support sizing, estimation and committed delivery as the Owner of the backlog
    • Participate in Scrum project activities including backlog grooming, sprint planning, review, etc.
    • Determines operational intent and objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, evaluating input requirements, output requirements and formats
    • Documents existing systems, process and procedure via data flow, swim lane and workflow diagrams
    • Designs new systems and procedures by analyzing requirements, constructing workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities, and writing specifications
    • Maintains system controls and protocols by identifying issues, process improvement opportunities and writing and updating procedures
    • Maintains systems by researching and resolving problems, maintaining system integrity, and compliance and security
    • Assists Quality Assurance via test development, execution and results verification
    • Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation, providing help desk support, training users
    • Prepares technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
    • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, and participating in professional societies
    • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
    • Perform other duties as needed or assigned

    • Experience contributing to, and analyzing, software development, systems integration, and project process improvements
    • Excellent communications skills, ability to work with diverse personality types individually and as part of a team
    • Ability to understand software development framework, architecture concepts and terminology

    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a high attention to detail

    • Experience with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, TFS, Visio, VSTS and SharePoint
    • Dedicated, conscientious, and team player.
    • Demonstrated ability to produce results in complex environments
    • Good client and stakeholder management skills, including expectation and scope management

    Desired Career Experience & Education Requirements:

    • 3+ years of hands-on Business Systems experience
    • Scrum Team Participation and story development using Microsoft Visual Studio Team System
    • Previous proven experience supporting numerous cross-functional analysis projects
    • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or information systems



    • PMI-PBA
    • CSPO / CSM
    • Lean / Six Sigma certification
    • Experience in a financial banking environment
