    As an ECM Specialist, you will be part of the Centers of Excellence responsible for successfully managing, customizing, integrating and optimizing the Metastor ECM platform.

     

    Specific areas of concentration include:

    • Provide daily oversight and management of the ECM platform
    • Partner with stakeholders to extract clear business requirements which allow the Business to successfully migrate from legacy document management systems to the ECM platform
    • Configure functionality per specifications in lower environments, following PMO processes for testing and release
    • Write requirements and partner with internal resources to integrate document storage with internal systems via API
    • Develop and maintain current configuration and maintenance documentation for all customer contact channels
    • Migrate new features and functionality from lower environments to production following change release best practices
    • Perform "day in the life" reviews of how business users utilize the platform and proactively identify improvement opportunities
    • Troubleshoot user issues, setting up profiles and assisting with business adoption of the ECM platform
    • Design and deliver platform training for business and power users

    Key Skill Sets or Knowledge Requirements:

    • Understanding of agile concepts and OpenText Content Management or ApplicationXtender, and Client-side Add-ons 
    • OpenText Integration architecture and tools
    • ​Broad understanding of technical concepts and principles to ensure scalable solution design and system management​​
    • ​​​A fierce dedication to the delivering the optimal internal and external customer experience ​
    • A propensity to rapidly master the understanding and application of new technology
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, complex and innovative multi-billion dollar bank
    • Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
    • Flexible, able to work on multiple projects that may require restructuring due to shifting demands, unforeseen events and changing priorities ​
    • Demonstrated project management skills with a sense of commitment and urgency
    • Broad understanding of technical concepts and principles to ensure scalable solution design and system management​
    • Demonstrated project management skills with a sense of commitment, urgency and collaboration in an Agile environment​

     

     

    Desired Career Experience & Education Requirements:

    • 3+ years of experience working in direct support of an enterprise content management system as a system ​administrator or related role
    • Demonstrable understanding of content management and OCR best practices to promote scalability​
    • BA in Computer Science or related field

    Preferred direct experience:

    • OpenText ApplicationXtender or MetaStor
    • OCR tools
    • e-signature tools

     

     

    Job Functions & Work Environment:
