    We are looking for a Paid Media Manager to handle the paid lead strategy, manage the leads verification, leads contracts and over see the 3rd party vendors.

     

    Digital media ad buys (SEM) provide an essential and important way for BofI to increase the exposure of its banking products through online digital channels.  This includes "traditional" online media buys such as google Adwords and display channels, social media channels like Facebook, and video advertising.  Additionally, there are emerging opportunities in more advanced technologies that provide increased targeting of potential customer groups through large scale web traffic analysis and unstructured data parsing. This role will be focused on creating the highest level of efficiencies within digital media channels, and establishing relationships with new technology vendors that can provide potential channels of high converting, well targeted potential customers is an important focus for the digital marketing team.

    Key Skill Sets or Knowledge Requirements:

    • Experience with Paid Search, Digital Media Buying
    • Proficiency of Google Analytics, Omniture, and/or web analytics
    • Ability to manage priorities and produce under aggressive deadlines
    • Review vendor agreement and manage lead vendors
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Accuracy and attention to detail
    • Exceptional communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills
    • Excellent organizational skills and able to finish tasks on schedule with minimal supervision
    • Ability to work both as an effective team member and on an independent basis
    • Ability to quickly master technical information

    Desired Career Experience & Education Requirements:

    • 5+ years digital marketing experience with a strong background of managing paid search campaigns and managing agencies
    • Proven track record of success in developing and managing PPC across Google, Paid Social and Programmatic
    • College degree BA/BS in, Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or related field

    Preferred:

    • Masters degree
