    We are looking for a Broker Success Lead to evolve the typical Outside and Inside Account Executive roles through education and empowerment.  This position is in our new Wholesale Mortgage lending channel.

     

    Specific Job Duties:

    • Hybrid role meant to foster training and help brokers achieve success
    • Face of business and regional and local events
    • Forefront of change representing the development of the new channel
    • Quickly respond to new broker inquiries and inbound calls from marketing
    • Manage multiple lead gen sources for potential customer outreach through marketing/sales material and social media
    • Q & A point person for new wholesale broker business
    • Deep knowledge of our competition and how our business compares
    • Facilitate the broker approval process and acquire signed broker agreements
    • Set up trainings for new approved brokers with the Relationship Manager
    • Provide sales presentations via WebEx to procure new broker business
    • Ability to work with potential Wholesale clients to sell them on the benefits of becoming an approved Wholesale Broker
    • Empower and educate brokers for optimal use of our tools and products to increase loan volume
    • Potential advocacy at local and regional trade shows to acquire new business
    • Cross train as a Jr. Relationship Manager and Loan Setup
    • Other duties as assigned to include cross training within other departments

    Key Skill Sets or Knowledge Requirements:

    • B2B sales experience
    • Positive, detail-oriented, motivated, and functions well in a team environment
    • Knowledge of mortgage processing
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Stellar customer service skills
    • Strong math skills and computer literacy
    • Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
    • Willingness to perform multiple functions throughout the day as the need arises

    Desired Career Experience & Education Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent

    Preferred:

    • Current lending or wholesale sales experience and/or knowledge
    • Mortgage sales management
    • Inside and/or Outside Account Executive experience
    • Loan officer experience

    Job Functions & Work Environment:
