The Lead QA Analyst works closely with software engineers, business analysts, and other Trustee and Fiduciary Services team members to identify, report, and troubleshoot defects to verify problem fixes in a detailed, efficient, and timely manner. The Lead QA Analyst will assist the Product Development Manager with the direction of QA processes, tools, standards and techniques while performing as an individual contributor across the various QA efforts. The Lead QA Analyst will support, coach and mentor other QA staff to built collective QA team member knowledge, ability and efficiency.
Job Functions and Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is required to sit for extended periods of time. Manual dexterity and coordination are required while operating standard office equipment such as computer keyboard and mouse, calculator, telephone, copiers, etc.
