    Our Trustee and Fiduciary Services division provides specialized software and consulting services to Chapter 7 and non-bankruptcy trustees in all 50 states.


    This position will support multiple products and platforms from a top tier perspective. Responsible for banking support including issue identification and resolution, pro-actively monitoring banking systems and performing maintenance to ensure no interruption of service is experienced by internal or external users. Additionally, this position involves project tracking and regular communications to business partners.


    Job responsibilities include:

    • Third level support for internal and external clients using proprietary software products over multiple business units
    • Comply with outlined SLA's
    • Resolve client reported issues prior to deployment working closely with team leader and development team 
    • Pro-actively monitor court based systems to ensure compatibility with proprietary software products
    • Promptly analyze reported issues and determine path for resolution
    • Test new software versions compatibility with operating systems, third party applications, etc.
    • Participate in the review and management of system enhancement requests generated by client
    • Research any data-related issues
    • Report projects required on a weekly, monthly basis
    • Backup for daily banking and custom reporting responsibilities
    • Assist with special projects
    • Able and willing to work 50 hours a week with every other month on-call

    Desired Career Experience & Education Requirements:

    • 3 years customer service 
    • Experienced in handling and analyzing data flow through multiple systems along with multiple projects/initiatives simultaneously
    • Data conversion/client onboarding 
    • High School diploma


    • Bachelors degree 
    • Bankruptcy experience 


    Job Functions and Work Environment:
